Broadway Floral is in the business of selling flowers, not your information. This page explains what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
What information do you collect?
When you place an order or create an account, we collect what we need to fill it: your name, email, phone, billing address, and the recipient's name, address and phone number.
Like most websites, our server also records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
How do you use it?
To process your payment, deliver your order, and contact you or the recipient if there's a question about delivery. Recipient information is used only for delivery.
We may occasionally send you news or offers from Broadway Floral. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Do you sell or share my information?
No. We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business, such as our payment processor and delivery couriers, and only as needed to complete your order, or when required by law.
How is my payment information protected?
Our checkout uses SSL encryption, and card payments are handled by our payment processor. We don't store full card numbers on our website.
Do you use cookies or analytics?
Yes. Cookies keep your shopping cart working and remember you between pages. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed and general location, not your name or payment details.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of checkout may not work without them. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
What name will appear on my card statement?
Our websites are owned by Canby Floral Inc. Your statement will show Broadway Floral & Greenhouse. That's us.
How do I update my information or ask a question?
You can update your details in My Account, or contact us and we'll help with any request about your information.
