What days do you deliver?
Monday through Friday we make two delivery runs a day. On Saturday we make one afternoon run. We don't deliver on Sundays.
We don't deliver on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas Day, and occasionally on other days we're closed.
What's the cutoff for same-day delivery?
- Weekdays: order by noon for same-day Anytime or PM delivery.
- AM delivery: order by 5pm the day before.
- Saturday: order by 11am for that afternoon's delivery.

How much is delivery?
Delivery fees depend on your ZIP code and the delivery window you choose. Anytime delivery is the lowest rate; choosing an AM or PM window costs a little more. Rates can change around holidays. Pick your ZIP code in the rate finder at the top of this page to see exact fees.
Can I still get same-day delivery after noon?
Online orders placed after noon go out on the next delivery day. If you need flowers today, call us at (503) 288-5537 and we'll see what we can do.
What time will my delivery arrive?
- AM delivery (weekdays): before 1pm. Order by 5pm the day before.
- PM delivery (weekdays): usually by 5pm, occasionally as late as 6pm.
- Anytime (weekdays): usually by 5pm, occasionally as late as 6pm.
- Saturday: one afternoon delivery run. Order by 11am.
We prioritize business addresses so they arrive before closing. Busy holidays and bad weather can slow things down.
Can you deliver at a specific time?
Often, yes. Please call (503) 288-5537 so we can check the schedule. Timed delivery has a higher delivery charge.
Holidays
Is delivery different around holidays?
Yes. During Valentine's week, Easter week, Administrative Professionals' week, Mother's Day week, Thanksgiving week and the Christmas holidays, delivery volume rises sharply. Delivery options, prices and same-day cutoffs may change by ZIP code. Ordering a few days ahead is the best way to get the time and flowers you want.
On delivery day
Do you call the recipient first?
Only if you ask. Add a note in the "Special instructions" field at checkout. All hospital and funeral deliveries are confirmed in advance.
What if the recipient isn't home?
If our driver judges it safe, we'll leave the flowers at the front or back door. Otherwise we'll call the recipient at the number you gave us, or leave a card asking them to call us to arrange redelivery. Additional charges may apply.
What if the address is wrong?
We'll try to find the correct address. If flowers were delivered to the address you provided and it turns out to be wrong, we'll contact you if we can recover them; redelivery charges may apply. We can't be responsible for flowers delivered to an incorrect address that can't be recovered, so please double-check addresses at checkout.
Can you deliver outside the Portland area?
We only deliver in the Portland metro area. Here's how to find a real local florist anywhere else.
